Laura isn’t afraid to talk to anyone. Naturally gregarious, she sees her communication skills as essential to achieving our mission: We build deep, enduring relationships to help our clients thrive, prosper, and achieve what matters to them.
“It’s so important to communicate with our clients and partners on their terms, she says. “The aim is to be part of people’s lives, so they don’t feel like a number. We work with a relatively small group of sophisticated investors – and we want them to feel catered to.”
At AAREA, a pillar of our core purpose is to create freedom for our clients: including the freedom for them to make their own investment decisions. As Laura says, “We don’t make investment decisions. You do. And what I do is ensure that every detail is taken care of, seamlessly, at every step.”
Another crucial element of the AAREA core purpose is to create freedom for partners, as well as team members like Laura. “I like helping people achieve their goals. And I like having the opportunity to make a real impact here at AAREA. It is an opportunity to help shape others’ futures and also my own.”
